Peter Cotorceanu 

Peter Cotorceanu is a lawyer specialising in cross-border regulatory compliance, specifically, CARF, CRS, and FATCA. He is the Co-founder and Co-owner of CARFtools.com and the founder and sole owner of gatcaandtrusts.com.

Peter was in private practice for more years than he cares to remember. He was also previously the Global Head of Wealth Structuring Consulting for the UBS’s Ultra-High Net Worth clients and the Global Head of Product Management for UBS’s Trusts and Fiduciary division.

As one of the leading practitioners in his field globally, Peter is a much-sought-after speaker at webinars and at conferences and workshops around the globe.

Peter is also a prolific author, having published numerous scholarly articles on CARF, CRS, and FATCA.

Paul Foster Millen

Paul Foster Millen (NYU School of Law, J.D. '05, LL.M in Tax '18) is the founder and principal of Millen Tax & Legal GmbH in Zurich, Switzerland. He specialises in the US and international tax consequences of cross-border income flows and asset holdings.

His matters of specific expertise include CRS/FATCA and CARF/DAC8. He is a prolific writer and presenter on CARF and DAC8. In addition to co-authoring the "Old Tricks for New Dogs" series in Tax Notes International with Peter Cotorceanu, he has prepared articles for the on international tax periodical Intertax and for an American Bar Association (ABA) journal.
